Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a 50% fee will apply. These policies apply to everyone equally, regardless of the circumstances.
Late policy: there is a 10-minute grace period. arriving past 10 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and charged as a late cancellation/no-show.
